WEDDING PACKAGES

Complete Coverage – There is no time limit for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. Your pre-ceremony includes B&W and Color candids of bride preparing for the event.

Two Photographers – This is two shooters, not one and an assistant. This sets us apart to ensure those critical shots are obtained during the event.

Rehearsal Attendance – This is a great opportunity to let your hair down while you rehearse for you event. We get some really fun shots at these events!

On-Line Proofing – Your complete wedding and rehearsal will be posted on-line for your viewing within 4 days of your event. And, it’ll remain there for three months. This is an excellent opportunity for your friends and loved ones to purchase prints, coffee table books and other items including DVD’s of your event.

Photographers will only use high quality Nikon digital 35mm SLR cameras and flash units

The Summit – The Summit package is our top-of-the line package which includes:

• Your Choice of 20 Fine Art PrintsWe print images on 5x5 paper with a sloppy border in your choice of white or black backgrounds. These prints package nicely in 5x5 boxes for a beautiful presentation and convenient storage.

• Video Collage DVDYou choose 100 of your favorite shots, and we do the rest)

• Proof CD of your Event

• 100 Thank You Cards - These superior quality Fine Art Cards by WillowBook are printed on 100lb uncoated heavyweight stock. Every card order comes pre-folded and includes coordinating envelopes. Each order will arrive packaged in a black box. Card options allow selection of cover graphics, standard or customized greetings, and a variety of formats, styles, borders and fonts to choose from. Fine Art Cards are offered in color and black-and-white. Color-corrected cover images may be full color, sepia, or black and white. Text printed inside cards will be black.

• Credit towards your Choice of the following album sizes:

10x10, 10x13 or 10x15. Up to 60 sides (30 pages) with a maximum of 125 of your favorite images. Each Album is hand crafted and your choice of 11 leather color options. Metallic Paper for albums is an additional 30% charge.

The Ridge – The Ridge Package is our Mid Level package and provides the following:

• Your Choice of 15 Fine Art Prints - We print images on 5x5 paper with a sloppy border in your choice or white or black backgrounds. These prints package nicely in 5x5 boxes for a beautiful presentation and convenient storage.

• Video Collage DVD - You choose 75 of your favorite shots, and we do the rest

• Proof CD of your Event

• 50 Thank You Cards - These superior quality Fine Art Cards by WillowBook are printed on 100lb uncoated heavyweight stock. Every card order comes pre-folded and includes coordinating envelopes.Each order will arrive packaged in a black box. Card options allow selection of cover graphics, standard or customized greetings, and a variety of formats, styles, borders and fonts to choose from. Fine Art Cards are offered in color and black-and-white. Color-corrected cover images may be full color, sepia, or black and white. Text printed inside cards will be black.

• All Album quotes DO NOT INCLUDE PICTURE WINDOWS ON THE COVER. Those that wish to have up to 3 windows are afforded the opportunity for $15.00 per Window. Each window will count towards your total number of selected photographs.

• Up to 5 lines of imprinting at an additional cost per line.

• Split Covers (if available)

• Lab processing fee of 49.95 per each album is not included, and will be added into the price.
